Returns & Exchanges
At Hidizs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at support@hidizs.net with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original product packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping service.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
